I’ve recently retired from competitive powerlifting and I have transitioned over to triathlon which has been extremely successful as well thanks to the guidance I receive from PT Service.
I hope to complete an Ironman in the near future and potentially transition to a high level of crit racing while still maintaining my size and strength as much as possible.
The results have been fantastic! I sent a bragging message to Ruben around Christmas telling him about how I was tossing one of my training partners around like a rag doll and how easy it felt. My focus is improving my results. Rubens strength conditioning plan has worked wonders, and I feel I am in great physical shape.

After 11 months of training for power lifting, 17-year-old Rebekka participated in her first competition. Weighing in at 55,4 kg, her results were 127,5 kg squat, 75 kg bench press and 137,5 kg deadlift – for a total of 340 kg to win Gold in her weight class.
Ruben is enormously knowledgeable, and is always quick to answer if there is something I wonder about. I am still following his training plan now in the run-up to the competition, and will continue to do so. I am left with a more developed and symmetrical physique, as I wanted. In addition, I have a trainer I know I can trust and support if anything should happen.
Strictly speaking, it couldn't have been better. Gets in touch with Loyd 24/7, very solution-oriented and sees you both as an athlete and a person. For my own part, I have been troubled by some injuries, which he has also helped me a long way with. Have trained with Loyd for 3 years and he is still just as enthusiastic!

These systems are obviously built up in a way that is adapted to the individual, and are therefore quite different from ready-made training programs. Ruben's system means that I have progression in my training without exhausting myself completely, and I have remained completely pain- and injury-free since I started with it.
I didn't like and never did deadlifts, bench presses or squats, but now I think it's really fun! It was a PR in the deadlift of 100kg after 4 months. I did 1 pull-up at the beginning of the program and now I can do 10!
